We are one of Ireland''s largest Commercial Rental Companies running a modern fleet of both Trucks and Trailers. The candidate for this role should be an experienced HGV Trailer Fitter with a good knowledge of various types of trailers. Working in a growing business within a larger team of skilled fitters, the successful candidate will benefit from a generous starting salary and other staff benefits.Typical Duties of a Trailer Fitter include, but are not limited to:- Performing general servicing and inspections on a variety of trailers- Preparing trailers for PSV Testing- Carrying Out Brake Testing on all Trailers- Ensuring all repairs are carried out according to the garage procedures- Adhering to all Company Health and Safety criteria- Liaising with the team on work progress and any problems or delays that may occur- Ensuring relevant paperwork is completedAttributes we are looking for:- Proven Mechanical/ Technical Experience in trailer repair and maintenance- Strong Knowledge of HGV trailers- Professional approach to work- Consistent high standard of work- Full Clean driving Licence- HGV Licence desirable but not essential Benefits: Very Competitive Salary Package Dependent on Experience Overtime Paid at 1.5 (paid after 40 hours) Holidays starting at 30 Days per Year Bupa Private Medical Health Insurance Provided Profe
