Overview There''s a great opportunity to join a growing specialist business in Birmingham City Centre as a Finance Analyst, supporting a finance function that plays a key role in understanding and improving business performance. The role would suit someone who has developed a solid grounding in finance and is now keen to broaden their experience, particularly around analysis, planning and working with the wider business. A key part of the position will be supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycle, helping to assess expected performance and identify where actual results are moving away from plan. You''ll also work across regular management information, analysing revenue, sales and production data to understand the reasons behind movements in performance. Rather than simply producing numbers, you''ll be encouraged to question what sits behind them and provide insight that helps stakeholders make informed decisions.
