Reporting to the Director of Property Maintenance Director, you will oversee responsive repairs, out-of-hours services, void works and disrepair. You will translate strategy into clear operational plans, take accountability for performance and budgets, and work across Hyde to deliver joined-up services that protect our homes and meet residents'' needs.
