This could be an exciting opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking events business, working on an established event that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. The opportunity As Sales Manager, you ll take ownership of day-to-day sales, develop new business, grow existing relationships and play a key role in delivering the commercial success of the event. Working closely with the Event Director and wider team, you ll have the opportunity to influence the event strategy, identify new revenue opportunities and help take the event to the next level. You ll be responsible for: Delivering and exceeding personal sales and revenue targets Developing new business and maximising existing client relationships Selling exhibition space, sponsorship and additional revenue opportunities Managing and developing the event floorplan Building strong relationships with exhibitors, partners and key industry contacts Developing a strong understanding of the market, its trends and competitors Attending relevant events to build relationships and generate new opportunities Supporting the rebooking strategy and maximising repeat business Working with marketing to deliver effective campaigns Maintaining accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM ..... full job details .....
