The successful candidate will have strong, relevant experience across all areas of Employment Taxes playing a key role nationally, locally and in strategic markets. You will have continued support in growing your career and be actively involved in shaping the Employment Tax business, through team structure, focus and technology. Be a lead internal and external contactBuild relationships across the business and improve awareness of our Employment Tax Reward servicesWork with Strategic Markets to develop go to market strategiesCo-ordinate with other team members to work in a collaborative styleTrain more junior team members, including our Graduate and School Leaver colleaguesDevelop own internal network to support our clientsSkills, Knowledge and Experience

Holds a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ATT, CTA) and has relevant experienceDemonstrates strong technical knowledge on Employment Tax areasAble to build good internal and external relationshipsExperience of managing projects and supporting clients over long term relationshipsStrong interpersonal and client handling skillsLikes to learn and developKeen to build on business development skills and develop business opportunities locally, nationally and strategically through building good relationshipsDiversity, Equity and Inclusion
