The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified English Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

• Have experience teaching across Key Stages 3–5 (or the ambition to teach A-Level)

• Be committed to inspiring young women through literature and language

• Create engaging, imaginative, and thought-provoking lessons

• Be willing to contribute to extracurricular activities and whole-school life
