Lead research efforts to identify impactful topics, themes, and speakers that reflect industry innovation and audience interests. Ensure content is relevant, inclusive, and accessible, upholding the organisation''s standards for quality, diversity, and thought leadership. Establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders, influencers, subject matter experts, and keynote speakers.
