They are seeking to add an experienced Site Manager to their workforce for upcoming local residential housing projects.Your new role As a Site Manager with this contractor, you will oversee the daily operations of their residential construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:Planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site activities.Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Communicating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define work requirements and provide progress updates.Preparing and negotiating cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.Selecting and managing subcontractors and staff, providing guidance and training as needed.Monitoring compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.Resolving any work problems or emergencies that may arise on the site.Ordering and managing materials and equipment.Do
