Key Responsibilities: Business Development Support the growth and development of the Utilities Division. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the utilities sector. Build and maintain relationships with utility companies, principal contractors and framework providers. Lead PQQ submissions, tenders and competitive bids. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of future work. Project Delivery Manage utility infrastructure projects from tender through to completion. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
