Maintenance Worker Full time - working in south of London alongside a site Manager covering post codes- CR, SE, SW and sorrounding areas. Due to the nature of this role and working at various sites applicants must have a full valid UK driving license Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Salary £28-30,000 Must have own tools to carry out duties Maintenance/Caretaker; Duties include but are not limited to: Basic plumbing changing taps, waste pipes etc Basic electrics changing sockets, light switches etc Basic carpentry doors, handles Fire safety knowledge of fire alarm panels, smoke alarms, heat detectors, fire doors, smoke seals, self closers Mastic Lock changes Painting Occasional cleaning (when a property becomes empty)
