Commercial Insurance Client Adviser Location: Birmingham We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Insurance Client Adviser to join an established insurance brokerage in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in commercial insurance broking who enjoys managing client relationships, providing a high standard of service and working closely with insurers. The Role You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day insurance requirements of a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive appropriate cover and a professional, responsive service. Key responsibilities include: Managing commercial insurance renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), quotations and policy documentation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers. Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable insurance solutions. Negotiating quotations and policy terms with insurers. Identifying cross-selling and new business opportunities. Supporting clients with claims enquiries, premium finance and account queries. Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring FCA compliance. Working closely with Client Executives and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service. Experience Needed At least three years'' experience within commercial insurance broking or general insurance. Experience handling renewals, MTAs and quotations.
