Office Administrator - Residential Sales (Full-Time)
Our busy Wimbledon Sales branch is looking for an experienced, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to join our friendly and high-performing team. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the branch and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You''ll be part of a close-knit team including a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, and Financial Advisor. Key Responsibilities:Managing daily branch administration and office organisationUploading property details and marketing materials onlineSending valuation reports and issuing Terms of BusinessEnsuring compliance checks for I.D. and Anti-Money Laundering via CredasPreparing property information and uploading to the CRMIssuing offer letters and memorandums of saleArranging professional photography, floorplans, and EPCs for new listingsCreating marketing materials such as tout cards and lettersBooking surveys and sending property comparablesOrganising and tracking property keysAssisting with calls, messages, and greeting clients in the officeKeeping the window display updated with current propertiesUsing Vebra Alto CRM (training provided) About You:Previous experience in property administration or a similar office-based roleHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident, professional, and friendly mannerStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable working in a busy team environmentProficient with Micro
