, you will:Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts, forecasts and budgetsOversee balance sheet reconciliation, month-end tasks and year-end audit processes.Monitor and control departmental costs, taking action to minimise variances.Support the hotels business plan and budget to maximise revenueEnsure compliance with financial regulations, HMRC reporting and audit standards.Develop and maintain departmental performance standards and internal financial controls.Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to senior management and Head Office.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.The ideal candidate will have the following skills:Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant experience.Proven experience in financial management within a hospitality or service-oriented environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, support
