The position You will be required to operate a range of bespoke machinery in a heavy plant environment. Following a set production process, you will be trained to operate a range of machinery and equipment. Spending time across all sections to ensure you understand the whole plant process. You will be required to operate FLT/VNA and sling/winch equipment on a daily basis, again full training will be provided. There is a huge emphasis on Health and Safety, so you will need to be safety and quality lead in everything you do.You will be working in small teams so teamwork, good communications skills are a must. Job Requirements Previous experience within a Manufacturing/Production environment, running a range of machinery.
