We are looking for an-Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

As the-Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer,-will be responsible for:

• Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.
• Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
• Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
• Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer role you must have:

• Experience in facilities management or building services.
• Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
• Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
• Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and confined spaces.
• Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
