Key Responsibilities Oversee the design team''s schedule to ensure it aligns with the workshop and enables the successful delivery of our manufacturing program. Develop and maintain a structured scheme of work, implementing workflow improvements for the design team to foster productivity and innovation. Conduct daily quality assurance inspections in the workshop to uphold product standards and ensure suitability of made to measure components. Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through design choices and prepare final specifications. Create comprehensive client files for use by our greenhouse designers, including translating hand sketches into simple CAD drawings suitable for client sign off.
