Do you have a background in Customer Service, Administration or a similar? Are you looking for an entry-level hybrid role with a market-leading consultancy that offers progression and mobility within the group, where you will work closely with senior members of the team to learn internal processes and support a variety of back-office and customer-facing tasks?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established business specialising in the design, planning and construction of new housing developments. The company delivers a range of residential projects for clients across the UK and operates as part of a wider group of companies.

In This Monday - Friday based position, you will work a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home upon successful completion of your probationary period. This is a varied role, you will handle customer enquiries by phone, update records, input data, liaise with stakeholders and manage complaints and queries. There will also be the opportunity to visit customer sites whilst work is carried out.

This role would suit someone with a background in customer service, administration or similar looking for a varied hybrid position with a market-leading business providing opportunities for progression and a flexible working environment.
