Key requirements of the role:This role will suit a qualified Solicitor with around 2 to 3 years PQE and a proven track record of handling Commercial, Employment and Civil Litigation matters.The ability to handle a full mixed caseload and deal with a broad mix of matters with the appropriate supervision.You should have experience of County Court hearings and High Court Interlocutory hearings. You should be able to draft simple Pleadings, statements of case and defences and complete Court documentation together with preparation of lists of documents for disclosure and witness statements.
