This role is for a Process Engineer responsible for optimising manufacturing line performance, driving safety, quality and productivity improvements across the plant. You''ll act as the site process expert, identifying losses, delivering sustainable solutions and coaching teams to embed best practices. Description Key Responsibilities Lead process optimisation across manufacturing lines to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.Identify process losses using data analysis, implement sustainable improvements and coach teams to embed changes.Train and support colleagues in safe operation of new processes or modifications.Uphold and promote site safety standards internally and with external partners.Apply TPM methodologies in all aspects of the role.Lead projects from planning to completion, managing resources and communicating progress site-wide.Support people development by upskilling shift leaders and operators in process knowledge.Manage downtime planning and ensure project KPIs are sustained post-implementation.Analyse process data, identify root causes and maintain stability through proactive interventions.
