Security Officer – Luxury Retail | Central London

Assist Security Group (ASG) is recruiting professional, confident and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team at a prestigious luxury retail destination in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-profile environment, delivering exceptional security and customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Role Details

• Location: Central London
• Pay: £17.00 per hour (approximately £42,432 per annum)
• Hours: 48 hours per week
• Contract: Permanent, full-time
• Shifts: Rotational shifts, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, welcoming and visible security presence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
• Conduct regular security patrols and monitor access points.
• Prevent and deter theft, crime and anti-social behaviour.
• Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies and security concerns.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and site management.
• Complete accurate incident reports and follow security procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence (essential).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Smart, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Reliability, integrity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, corporate or front-of-house security is desirable.
• SIA CCTV licence and first aid qualifications are advantageous.
