As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a key role in managing costs, maximising value, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the contract. Your day to day will include: Managing commercial resources to maximise planned gross margin through effective contract and subcontract control Managing change control with Subcontractors inline with NEC4 procedures. Minimising risk of disallowed costs from the Client.
