Maintenance Manager Energy from Waste Power StationCompetitive salary + bonus + benefitsSittingbourne, Kent SCINERGY Recruitment are recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join one of the UK s largest Energy from Waste facilities in Kent.Generating in excess of 70MW and processing more than 650,000 tonnes of non-recyclable waste annually, this is a large and technically complex power station requiring the highest standards of maintenance, reliability and asset performance.Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead the site maintenance department and take responsibility for the maintenance strategy, plant reliability, major outages, budgets and continuous improvement across the facility.The role will involve: Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team of Engineers and TechniciansEnsuring plant assets are safely and effectively maintained to maximise reliability, availability and performanceDeveloping preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance programmesLeading the planning and execution of major plant outages and shutdownsProviding technical leadership and supporting the resolution of complex plant issuesManaging maintenance budgets, resources, contracts and critical service agreementsOverseeing the preparation, scheduling and completion of maintenance work ordersManaging contractors and ensuring work is delivered in accordance with CDM Regulations and site proceduresDeveloping maintenance standards, procedures and asset-management strategiesDriving ..... full job details .....
