Rehabilitation Support Worker Neuro Rehabilitation SettingLocation: Barnsley Salary: £13.45 per hourAn exciting opportunity has arisen within our residential home in Barnsley.As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will provide vital care and support to help our service users regain skills and lead fulfilling lives again.Our Barnsley team have been awarded a very rare ''Outstanding'' in all areas in their CQC inspection and in their Headway, ABI approved provider scheme across all 6 domains. This is due to the great environment and outcomes in working with individuals regain their lives after accident or injury. The role will involve all aspects of personal care depending on the needs of people in the service.Core Duties All aspects of personal care including morning/ evening routines (privacy, dignity, and gentle care are paramount).Assistance with transfers and mobility.Bladder and bowel management.Domestic duties, including maintaining a clean, tidy home and preparing fresh meals.Assisting with daily tasks, errands, and social activities, encouraging hobbies, outings, and social engagement.Person centred care and complex clinical requirements.
