This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HLTA who is passionate about supporting children''s learning, development, and wellbeing.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with class teachers, leadership staff, and support teams to help pupils reach their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your role will include:Delivering planned learning activities to individuals, small groups, or whole classes in the absence of the class teacherSupporting the planning and assessment of learning in line with the national curriculumPromoting positive behaviour and maintaining a purposeful, engaging learning environmentSupporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND, EAL, and varying ability levelsMonitoring, recording, and feeding back on pupils'' progress and achievementsWorking collaboratively with teachers to adapt learning materials and approachesProviding pastoral support and contributing to pupils'' social and emotional developmentSupporting classroom routines and contributing to the wider life of the schoolUpholding safeguarding, wellbeing, and health and safety standards at all time
