Location: London - occasional visitsContract: Initial 3 months (likely extension)IR35: TBCRate: TBCStart: Immediate - 18th May latest startOverviewWe''re supporting a fast-growing AI-native SaaS business, they are looking for a Senior Technical Programme Manager to lead a high-profile enterprise delivery programme, coordinating cross-functional teams across DataOps, Data Science, ML, Insights and Customer Success.This is a delivery-first role focused on driving execution, managing enterprise stakeholders, and ensuring complex customer deployments remain on track in a fast-paced environment.Role Focus Lead enterprise-scale AI/data delivery programmes Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical and operational functions Run steering committees, executive updates and customer delivery sessions Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans Manage sprint delivery, dependencies, risks and quality gates Support taxonomy/classification rollout projects and operational processes Work closely with DataOps, ML and engineering teams to drive delivery outcomesRequired Experience Strong technical programme/project delivery experience within SaaS, AI, ML or data product businesses Experience working across DataOps, Data Science or analytics environments Strong enterprise stakeholder management and customer-facing delivery experience Comfortable operating between technical and business teams Experience managing complex, fast-paced delivery programmes
