Conveyancing Solicitor: This is a busy, full time role supporting a senior conveyancer within the residential property team. You will be required to: Manage conveyancing files from start to finish Handle all paperwork Draft contracts Carry out property searches Check mortgage offers Prepare all matters for completion and post completion Deal directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and ensure all parties are updated throughout the process Provide general administrative support to the wider team We are looking for: Previous experience in residential conveyancing Ability to manage your own workload Be a team player with excellent communication skills If you are a qualified solicitor with experience in conveyancing then this could be the next step for you.
