What you''ll be doingWorking closely with the Head of People - Pay and Reward, you will: Support the development and delivery of Barnardo''s pay philosophy and reward strategy. Review and improve job families, pay structures, to improve transparency and consistency and align with workforce and organisational design developments. Conduct benchmarking and labour market analysis, translating data into practical recommendations.
