Rough Sleeping Service Manager (FTC, 12-month Maternity Cover) - The post holder will act as the lead officer for the City of London''s rough sleeping programme which includes a number of outreach, emergency accommodation and related support contracts. The role is accountable for day-to-day coordination and delivery of the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government''s (MHCLG) Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Grant (RSPARG) and leadership of a team of 4 officers. The role holder will sustain strategic links with a number of stakeholders including Central Government advisors, City of London Police, the Greater London Authority (GLA), London Councils and a host if important internal partners including Community Safety, Cleansing and Procurement. The role manages a substantial core budget and is responsible for using significant levels of grant funding.
