Billing Queries Analyst Location: Office-based - Canterbury Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (37.5 hours per week) Salary: 25,000 Are you the one people turn to when something looks off on a bill? They are looking for someone detail-focused and confident with customer service to help manage and resolve billing queries. You will start with the simpler cases and, with guidance from a supportive team leader, quickly build up to more complex issues as you grow in confidence.
