SEND Teaching Assistant - Bedford | SEN Schools | Autism, ADHD, MLD & Complex Needs | Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Perm

Tradewind Recruitment is working with several SEND schools across Bedford looking for strong SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and complex additional needs.

You''ll help students access learning, build confidence, and develop communication and social skills in a structured, supportive school environment.

This is a full-time, long-term role with genuine temp-to-perm potential for the right person.

• -90100 per day (PAYE)
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, long-term placement

• Dedicated consultant support throughout

• Has experience supporting children with SEN
• Is calm, reliable, and positive
• Holds a DBS on the Update Service (or is happy to obtain one)

Experience from education, care, youth work, support work, or similar backgrounds is all highly valued.
