We re looking for motivated and confident Youth Workers to step into Cover Supervisor roles across secondary schools in the Stafford area.This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience working with young people whether in youth work, mentoring, coaching, or support roles who is looking to move into a school-based position.The Role: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and support students with their learning. Build strong relationships with students, encouraging engagement and motivation. Provide pastoral support and act as a positive role model. Requirements: Experience working with young people (e.g. youth work, mentoring, support work, coaching, or education). Strong communication and behaviour management skills. A caring, patient, and adaptable approach. Willingness to work across a range of secondary schools. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one). Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
