Contract: Term Time Only (Permanent)

What We''re Looking For

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential)

Minimum of 3 years'' experience working in a nursery or early years setting

Confident in planning, observing, and assessing children''s learning and development

A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework, Characteristics of Effective Learning, and child-led play

Experience as a Key Person, supporting individual children and maintaining strong parent/carer partnerships

A commitment to safeguarding, promoting wellbeing, and creating an enriching learning environment

Enthusiastic, reliable and a true team player with a love for early years

Your Role Will Include

Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment in line with EYFS

Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support children''s learning and development

Carrying out accurate observations, assessments, and next steps

Supporting children''s personal, social and emotional development

Being a Key Person for a small group of children

Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing

Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, hygiene, and health and safety
