This is a key role supporting the commercial management of complex programmes, ensuring robust cost control, contract administration, and value delivery across the project lifecycle.You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders, providing commercial leadership and ensuring compliance within highly regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all commercial and cost management activities across defence projectsAdminister and manage contracts in accordance with NEC3/NEC4 forms of contractPrepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reportsManage change control processes, including compensation eventsProvide commercial advice to project teams and senior stakeholdersUndertake risk and value management to optimise project outcomesReview and challenge contractor submissions, applications, and final accountsEnsure compliance with governance, audit, and defence sector requirementsSupport procurement activities including tender evaluation and contract awardRequirementsProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, defence, or ma
