A good understanding of the CAP Code, associated marketing and advertising rules (including ASA rulings/decisions), consumer laws and data protection are required. This position is based in our London office (Oxford Street) and you will be able to perform hybrid working, i.e., part-home / part-office, and you will be part of team of 9/10 counsels (5 in the UK, 4 in other markets). Key Aspects of the role:Marketing and Consumer Law:Reviewing marketing, ads and other promotional materials, enrolment pages, TandCs, Privacy Policies, product websites, as well as product designs for new product launches, to check compliance with advertising rules and marketing and consumer protection laws, including data protection and e-privacy laws.
