HR Administrator

We are currently seeking an organised and professional HR Administrator to join our clients busy HR team on a short term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with a variety of stakeholders.


Hours: 8:45am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: -13.85 - -15.38 per hour
Contract: Short term 3-month assignment with the potential for extension

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team across a range of activities.
  • Managing and updating employee information across multiple systems.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new starters.
  • Responding to employee and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Using systems such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and the HR platform SuccessFactors.
  • Handling confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.

About You

  • Previous HR experience is beneficial
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and new employees.
  • Able to handle enquiries efficiently and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to work.
