Job description: We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistant/ Carers/Support Workers to to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to a 78 year old man in his home. Location: Cornwall (TR19) Salary: 15 Hours: Varying hours of 4 hrs Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care and daily activities (e.g. dressing, feeding, mobility support). Must be able to administer medication Catheter management Must be competent managing PEG feeding Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs Offer emotional support and reassurance as required Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments Maintain accurate and timely records Requirements: At least 6 months recent care experience. Caring, patient, and empathetic nature Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly and independently Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times Medication trained Competent managing PEG If you are caring, patient, and experienced, we would love to hear from you.
