Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial environments. Work on lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system. Liaise with clients to ensure work is completed to a high standard and on time. Requirements: 18th Edition qualification. Recognised apprenticeship (SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation). Full UK driving licence. Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services preferred but not essential.
