I am partnering with a Lloyd''s business who are looking for a Bordereaux Analyst!Role OverviewThis role sits within the DUA team and supports the effective management of bordereaux (written, paid and claims). The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely data flow to support underwriting oversight, operational reporting, and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the receipt, validation, and processing of bordereaux data from brokers and coverholders.Ensure bordereaux data meets agreed quality standards and contractual requirements.Support the upload and management of data within bordereaux systems and resolve data issues as they arise.Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, breaches and support investigation and resolution.Maintain oversight of data timeliness and query resolution.Support the wider delegated authority team with operational and reporting requirements.Operate in line with internal controls, regulatory standards, and risk management expectations.Skills and ExperienceStrong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret data accurately.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a small team.Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.Strong Excel skills and experience working with bordereaux data.Experience with bordereaux management systems (e.g. VIPR) beneficial but not essential.
