What You ll Be Doing Managing a full and varied family law caseload, including: Divorce and separation Financial remedy proceedings Private law children matters Cohabitation disputes Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice tailored to each client s circumstances Drafting legal documents, applications, statements and correspondence Conducting advocacy where appropriate Maintaining excellent file man
