Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Youth Justice Team for London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Duties and Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of children and young people subject to youth justice interventions, including statutory court orders. Completing comprehensive assessments such as AssetPlus to inform risk management and intervention planning. Delivering targeted interventions to reduce offending behaviour and support rehabilitation. Working within a multi-agency framework alongside police, courts, education, and health services. Safeguarding children and young people, ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively. Preparing high-quality reports for court and representing the service at hearings. Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings in line with statutory requirements.
