You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging English lessons that are tailored to meet the individual needs of our students. The ideal candidate will be someone who can inspire and motivate students with diverse abilities, helping them to build confidence in their literacy skills and develop a love for learning. Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver differentiated English lessons to students with varying levels of ability, ensuring that each student can access the curriculum at their own pace.Implement strategies to support students with learning difficulties, SEMH needs, or other additional needs.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning, engagement, and emotional well-being.Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods as necessary.Work collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and external professionals to support the holistic development of each student.Contribute to the development
