About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced-Financial Controller-to take full ownership of the finance function in a stand-alone capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the finance function, including-month-end and year-end reporting,-budgeting, and-forecasting.
• Prepare accurate-management accounts,-financial statements, and-cash flow reports.
• Oversee-accounts payable and receivable,-bank reconciliations, and-VAT returns.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)-or equivalent with proven experience in a similar stand-alone role.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
