This role combines stakeholder engagement, service discovery, and operational delivery, working across multiple government departments and multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage and build relationships with stakeholders across government.Support the rollout and adoption of new solutions.Contribute to discovery activities, user research, and future service design.Analyse information from multiple sources and translate insights into actions.Work closely with product, policy, legal, delivery, and service design teams.Manage priorities effectively within a fast-paced and evolving environment.Essential Skills and ExperienceExperience working within Central Government or Local Government.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.Exposure to live digital services or product-led environments.Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Desirable Skills and ExperienceCross-government stakeholder engagement experience.Product discovery or product lifecycle experience.Knowledge of digital identity, verification, or citizen-facing ..... full job details .....
