This opportunity will suit a commercially minded litigator looking for high quality work and the opportunity to play a visible role in the continued growth of a modern practice. The role offers exposure to a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, acting for owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and companies across the South East and beyond. On offer is a salary between £50-70k, bonus scheme, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays and hybrid working which can be 1-2 days a week in the office depending on experience.The Role ResponsibilitiesThe Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive will be given significant autonomy and responsibility from the outset, with duties including:Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes including some employment cases as well as property, contentious probate, and intellectual propertyActing as the primary point of contact for clientsSupervising and delegating to junior lawyers and paralegals where appropriateWorking closely with senior colleagues and wider legal specialistsContributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiativesPlaying an active role in the growth and development of the disputes offeringPerson SpecificationThe Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive will be based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex and depending
