Conveyancer - Residential Property - Sutton Coldfield. We are looking to recruit a full time quality individual with experience in Residential Conveyancing to be based within our Sutton Coldfield office.Responsibilities

Knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titlesDeferred charges and equity releasesRegistrationsTransfers of equityRemortgagesShared ownershipCommunicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professional contactsLocation and Hours

Location: Sutton Coldfield OfficeHours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:15 with a one hour lunch breakEmployment Details
