This role would suit someone who enjoys working with figures, interpreting plans and ensuring projects are priced accurately. You will play an important part in supporting residential development projects, helping the business prepare competitive quotes and ensuring jobs are organised efficiently from the initial enquiry through to installation. The role:Reviewing building plans and measurements to calculate material requirements and project costs.Preparing competitive prices for new projects and responding to customer quotation requests.Creating clear documentation to help coordinate product orders and installation work.Maintaining accurate costings and project records to support the invoicing process.Monitoring tender activity and keeping internal records updated.Working directly with customers to clarify specifications, discuss requirements and resolve queries.Providing reliable pricing information to colleagues across commercial and finance teams.Supporting the wider department to ensure projects progress smoothly and information is communicated effectively.
