Are you an Estates Surveyor, seeking your next contract in Devon? My client has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their Corporate Property Team on an initial interim basis. The successful applicant will manage commercial estate management of the diverse commercial property portfolio. Responsibilities: To undertake the valuations and negotiations that arise in connection with: the grant of leases, tenancies, licences, wayleaves and easements terminations and lease end/surrenders rent reviews and lease renewals property disposal and acquisition insurance rating assessments lease re-gears capital accounting purposes/asset valuations To oversee the day to day management of property within the portfolio including the implementation of reviews and renewals, new lettings, debt collection, the administration of service charges, landlord s consents, dilapidations, tenant management, repair requests and management, addressing arising health and safety issues and to develop and implement management practices for these areas of work. To provide all necessary property management advice to other units. To monitor, guide and assist the Assistant Estates Surveyors in progressing their own work caseload and, where appropriate, assist in training and professional development.
