Due to the nature of the role, site visits will be needed, most of the projects are in London and the Southeast, although occasional nationwide or European travel may be needed A large number of projects are within the healthcare sector, in areas such as operating theatres, MRI/CT scanners, endoscopy. Work in other sectors includes defence, datacentres and commercial. Responsibilities Design and specify the HVAC, hot and cold water and above ground drainage systems for integration into the overall designs of multiple projects, acting as part of the larger design team. Attend project meetings with clients and professional team. Carry out condition surveys, dilapidation surveys or specific surveys Input into Part L and BTEEAM calculations. Prepare budgets for proposed works. Assessing and commenting of mechanical feasibility of new projects Help generate repeat business through continued care of clients Experience Required Degree in mechanical engineering or building services, qualified at least to HNC or HND level, with ..... full job details .....
