What You ll Do Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face-to-face) for Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the DWP Review medical evidence and produce clear, evidence-based clinical reports Apply your professional judgement to evaluate how health conditions affect daily living and work capability What We re Looking For Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult clinical setting Current NMC or HCPC registration Confident communicator with strong report-writing and IT skills Experienced in managing complex health conditions and independent caseloads Please note: sponsorship is not available What You ll Get Salary: £40,000 £42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 and 12 months) Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance Schedule: Monday to Friday only no nights, weekends, or bank holidays Hybrid working: Split between home and local assessment centre Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy 5 extra) Pension, retail discounts, wellbeing and BUPA support Volunteering day, ShareSave scheme 12-week fully paid training and ongoing development
