This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key Responsibilities: Parts Management and Fulfillment: Efficiently identify, process, and supply parts for both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Engineer and Customer Support: Provide expert assistance to engineers and customers via the back counter, telephone, and online shop. Order Processing: Manage and fulfill online shop orders in a timely manner while maintaining accurate stock records and bin locations. Service and Retail Counter Support: Assist with service and retail counter operations during busy periods to ensure smooth customer interactions. Parts Preparation: Prepare and issue parts for service jobs, ensuring they are ready for engineers. Compliance and Paperwork: Complete all necessary system entries and paperwork in line with company procedures and deadlines. Health and Safety Standards: Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and security across the department.
